EGGSPERT

EGGSPERT is a food cart business that specializes in deep-fried coated eggs & quail eggs.  It is registered as a Sole Proprietorship with the Department of Trade and Industry on September 2009. It started its operations on September 30, 2009 with its first branch located at the ground floor of Victory Centrall Mall, Monumento.

 

The proprietor, Christina Prado, is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science at De La Salle University. After her graduation she worked with Prado and Sons Industries, a family business,  as a Purchasing Manager for 3 years. Wanting to develop her skills more as an entrepreneur she decided to try her industry with Republic Biscuit Company as an Executive Assistant to the National Sales Director. There is where she found her passion in the food business.  The natural propensity of Filipinos to be drawn to eating gave her an idea as to what kind of business she would later on establish for herself. With that vision in mind, and the need to better hone her skills and talent in food creation, she decided to work with Mandarin Oriental in Singapore as a Banquet Executive. Upon return in the Philippines she put up a grill restaurant and catering business in Caloocan City. With her extensive experience in the food business and after very well equipping herself with the necessary knowledge in the food industry, she decided to venture into food cart business by opening her very first store of Eggspert.

To date, EGGSPERT has 7 company owned outlets and 25 franchised branches around Metro Manila. From selling penoy (kwek-kwek), quail eggs (tokneneng) and fried day-old chicks and steamed & fried balut, Eggspert now serves a variety of street foods like squid balls, kikiam, fish balls, chicken skin & calamares. What differentiates EGGSPERT from its competitors is that EGGSPERT provides affordable products topped with a special blend of home-made sauce served with delectable side dishes while giving the customers an unmatched service and attention they deserve.
